Consent to the processing of personal data

I am interested in receiving commercial information from the operator - Dia Vega s.r.o., and I agree for my personal data to be processed for this purpose, and under the following conditions:

1. Identification of the Administrator

   • Name and surname

   • Email address

   • Telephone contact

   • Company name

   • Address

3. The purpose of processing your personal data is:
   Sending commercial offers of the Administrator.

4. The period of processing your personal data is:
   For the duration of your registration with the Administrator and two (2) years following the end of your registration.

5. Your personal data will not be provided to third parties.

By clicking "I AGREE" in registration form (voluntary button), I declare that I have been properly informed by the Administrator about the processing and protection of my personal data, and that provided personal data are accurate and truthful and it has been provided voluntarily to the Administrator.

Instructions for the data subject

In accordance with the provisions of article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"), the Administrator hereby informs you that:

1. the personal data of the data subject will be processed on the basis of consent freely given under the conditions provided above;

2. the reason for providing the personal data of the data subject is the interest of the data subject in receiving commercial offers from the Administrator, which would not be possible without providing this data;

3. no automatic decision-making or profiling will occur when the personal data of the data subject is processed, with the exception of profiling in the sense of information about the field of activities of the data subject in the event this data is provided by the data subject in the consent.

4. The Administrator has not appointed a trustee for the protection of personal data, has not authorized the processing of personal data to any processor, nor has specified a representative for meeting the obligations of GDPR;

5. The Administrator does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country, international organization or entity other than the aforementioned third parties.

6. The data subject has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, the right to ask the Administrator for access to their personal data, to correct or delete it, or restrict the processing of it, and to raise objections to processing it, and has the right to the transferability of this data to another administrator, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, should the data subject feel that the Administrator is processing their personal data in contravention to GDPR.

Declaration of Privacy

1. The promotional message is used for information purposes only and is not a proposal to conclude a contract. 

2. The sender and concurrently the administrator of personal data is Dia Vega s.r.o. (hereinafter "Sender").

3. The sender is processing your personal data, which includes your name and surname, postal address, email address and telephone contact, for the purpose of sending you commercial offers.

4. The sender declares that it will handle your personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter "GDPR"), and the Personal Data Processing Act.

5. In accordance with the provisions of articles 13 and 14, the sender (as the personal data administrator) hereby informs you (as the personal data subject) about the matters provided in the following paragraphs of the text. 

6. Your personal data is processed only for the purpose of sending commercial offers. 

7. The sender processes your personal data in electronic form, or even in paper form.

8. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the sender - processing personal data for direct marketing. 

9. Your personal data will be processed for the necessary period, but up to the time of an objection to direct marketing. If you register as a customer of the sender, it will be processed for the duration of your registration and furthermore for three years after your registration ends. 

10. No automatic decision-making or profiling will occur when your personal data is processed, with the exception of profiling in the sense of information about your field of activities should you provide this data in your consent. 

11. Your personal data will be processed by authorized employees of the sender or a personal data processor with whom the sender will always have a contract concluded for processing personal data. Your personal data will not be provided to third parties with the exception of a contracted personal data processor and furthermore parties providing legal services and institutions or authorities that require it under applicable laws. An updated list of possible processors will be provided to you upon request. 

12. The sender does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country, international organization or entity other than the aforementioned third parties.

13. You have the right to request that the sender provide you access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, or restrict its processing, and to raise objections to it being processed. You also have the right to the transferability of this data to another administrator, also the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if you feel the sender is processing your personal data in contravention to the Regulation.

14. You hereby give your consent to the dispatch of informational emails, SMS offers and mail from the sender regarding commercial offers, discounts, events and attractions that are related to the core activity of the sender.

15. Should any of your personal data be processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent with processing your personal data at any time.
